InsiteFuel Limited own and will run a large pyrolysis reactor system in Scotland processing 150 tonnes per day of tyres to produce 18 tonnes per day of recycled steel wire, 50 tonnes per day of carbon black and activated carbon and 50,000 litres per day of high quality diesel/pyroil.

InsiteFuel can also build and supply for sale full pyrolysis systems using propriatary technology and patented techniques to produce very high quality carbon black, activated carbon, natural gas and diesel quality pyroil.

The systems to be used by InsiteFuel limited are all emission free and approved for installation and operation in Europe and the EC. The factory manufacturing the systems is ISO 9001 certified and the machines themselves are CE approved and certified.

InsiteFuel will build and supply turnkey solutions to any type of carbonaceous raw material flow including, plastics, tyres, carpets, municipal waste, RDF, medical waste, garden waste and any other materials that are derived or have a high proportion of carbon within them.

InsiteFuel can supply full plants including initial sorting and screening of waste, shredding, cryogenic powdering and particle size optimisation, vacuum pyrolysis, distillation, carbon treating, automatic bagging, pelletising and palletising of carbon black and activated carbon, storage and oil and gas scrubbing/purification systems all tailored to the clients requirements.
